How it works
01
A venue hangs a Live Music Tonight poster. Scan the QR and enter your own phone number, a town, and how many miles. That signs you up. The same scan tells the venue you are here. They see a count, not your full number.
02
Scan again at the door. Change city or miles if you picked the wrong ones, then tap I’m here. Or open the subscribe page with the same number. You can also text WACO, TEMPLE, BELTON, or SALADO, and 5, 10, 25, or 50.
03
4pm Central, or 11am if a show starts earlier. One text, and only if something is inside your miles. It is a count and a link. The list of shows/events is on this site. Quiet night, no text. Reply STOP to leave.
For venues & bands
New feature. Read your calendar in from Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. Venues and bands. You control what shows up. Do it once and forget ever having to enter each show again into this system.
Venues $30 a month, or a MACT venue membership at $60 a year — including a printable poster. Bands and musicians post free with a Music Association of Central Texas membership: full band $60 a year, individual $30, students $20. A musician in a band can list shows on an individual membership. Or $12 a month without MACT. Join MACT.
